Many of you know that I have been writing Fortran-oriented blog posts as 
"Doctor Fortran" for many years, going back to the DEC days. I kept this 
up while I worked for Intel, and even after retiring would post new 
entries on the Intel Developer Zone web site.

After more than three years of retirement, I felt that the Doctor needed 
his own office rather than working out of Intel's, so the new location 
for Doctor Fortran is:

Fortran standard since I became WG5 Convenor in 2017, and my thoughts
