[J3] next meeting

Hi,

ANSI has extended to j3 permission for the next (October) meeting
to be joint with wg5.

I have gotten a larger block of rooms, and I requested a larger meeting room.

However, as this was unfolding, Marriott stopped talking.
Valerie sent a "I'm on involuntary furlough" message,
but Loma simply started sending out-of-office autoreplies.

I _think_ we're ok, but I haven't a link to post in an announcement.
I'll keep trying.

If I had handled one of these virus shutdowns before, I'd probably
be better at this one.  <grump>
