[J3] Running for WG5 Convenor

INCITS occasionally has us vote on ballots (for standard renewals, for example) using their web site. If some sort of ballot will be needed for a Convener recommendation, could INCITS set up a ballot at their site for that purpose. I assume only they get to see the result, so avoiding the privacy issue.
