[J3] Running for WG5 Convenor

Hi Ondrej,

I'm happy that you're running and I really like the platform. This is great
news.

I'm personally heavily invested in Fortran, in most of my academic,
business, and open source work. How Fortran evolves in the future impacts
me. I am 100% in favor of your platform and your running for WG5 Convenor.

While I am grateful for all the hard work J3 and WG5 have done so far, I
recognize how the committees could get help from the community and work
together to make Fortran better. I think your platform can accomplish that.
