[J3] (SC22WG5.6105) 2019 Tokyo meeting registration

I  think that I am terribly confused.    I had assumed the link was somehow tied to INCITS membership, but apparently not.   I do not have an “ISO” account.   I have now requested one, but somehow feel like I’ve trodden down the wrong path.
