[J3] Interp submission

Can I request that anyone thinking of submitting an interpretation request
please go through the /INTERP subgroup.

 

That is, please don't submit a request without checking with me whether it
should be an interp, and getting an interp number. This will facilitate
processing, help to eliminate duplications, and reduce my workload.
