Hi Bill,
I'm planning to send out some travel information as soon as I can.
Sorry for becoming late for those who are taking longer vacations and/or
business trips.
As a quicker answer to your question, the standard solution is use of the
Airport Limousine Bus to Tokyo Station, and then a taxi.
The bus can be reserved at Haneda. There orange sign should be visible.
If you are arriving when trains are not crowded and traffics are, the
monorail to Hamamatsu-cho plus JR Yamanote Line to Ueno, then taxi makes
your journey far much cheaper.
