[J3] (SC22WG5.6111) Which national bodies will be submitting feature lists for Tokyo?

I am concerned that no National Bodies other than the US have submitted
(even for a preview) their feature request lists for the next revision -
it's been more than a year since I asked NBs to prepare them. I
understand that most NBs don't meet often, but given that we will be
drawing up the work plan in Tokyo I had really hoped that we could see
lists from other NBs in advance.

If you are in a non-US NB and plan to present your country's list
inTokyo, please let the list know. It would be even better if you'd
upload this to ISO as an N-document (or send to me so I can do it) in
advance, so that we can start thinking about the requests.

ISO is tightening time limits on "projects" with the goal of getting
them done sooner - as of next year the limit for new projects will be 36
months (with 9 month extension allowed.) We won't have the luxury of
stretching out the process over eight years. As I've said before, my
goal is to get this revision done in 3-4 years. That means that we have
to decide what we want and start working on the technical details now.

Thanks for your cooperation, and I look forward to seeing many of you in
Tokyo next month.

Steve
