[J3] J3 and the gov't shutdown

Happy New Years everyone!

I’m writing in my capacity as a private individual rather than as the NASA rep on the committee.  During the furlough I cannot see/use my NASA email nor can I participate in any official duties.  

As a private individual I still hope to contribute to Fortran and have now subscribed to the J3 list from my personal email account.   I’m also cautiously optimistic that this furlough will be over with sufficient time for me to make arrangements to attend the February meeting.

I’m now catching up on J3 emails from the last couple of weeks.
