[J3] hotel for 218 & 219

Hi,

I have contracts from Valerie for the Residence Inn Hughes Center.
This is the hotel just behind Gordon Biersch (sp?).
(We have stayed there previously, but not everyone is an old timer.)

The rate for October is $108/night.
The rate for February is $130/night.

If anyone objects to moving, speak now or forever hold your peace.

I will sign and return the contracts to Valerie tomorrow, without objection.
I will then cancel the agreement with Fairfield Inn.
I will send the meeting announcement to Craig (host) for final details,
and will post the announcement ASAP after Craig returns the announcement to me.

Sorry for the delays.  Valerie is pleading a rush of business over the holidays.

If you object to moving, please say so promptly!
