Re: the above statement "It’s C1803 in 18-007r1", is this correct?

Or is there an updated version of 18-007r1 after 9th October 2018?

I ask because the one issued on 9 Oct 2018 which I can see online has
constraint C1803 as part of section 18.3.3 on Interoperability of
derived types and C structure types, not anything with NAMELIST.
