[J3] J3/WG5 <-> POSIX?

Hi,

Whether POSIX is (still) useful or relevant is currently being debated
in standards circles.  No bet from me.

There are f77 bindings for many things, as computer science departments
all know Fortran died during the '80s.  ;-)
