[J3] For air travel to the J3 meeting in October, you may need a different ID

When I got the notice to renew my California driving license, there was
nothing in the package about RealID. The first I learned about it was
when I was standing in line at DMV, where there were signs about the
October 10 deadline, and the need to bring a different real ID (e.g. a
passport). I wasn't of a mind to drive twelve miles home, and return,
just to get my passport, so I don't have a RealID driving license. Does
your state send a flyer about getting RealID and what documents are
necessary, when you get your notice to renew your driving license?
