[J3] (SC22WG5.6058) Dates for 2020 and 2021 meetings

The weeks following (June 22-26 2020 and 21-25 2021) would be fine with 
me. I can't do the previous weeks.

Following Damian's lead, I created two "Doodle" polls to help us choose 
dates.
