[J3] (SC22WG5.6054) Dates for 2020 and 2021 meetings

In Berkeley we agreed that the 2020 WG5 meeting would be held in 
Minneapolis (thanks, Bill!) and for 2021 in Manchester, UK (thanks, 
Nathan!), but I didn't see that we picked specific dates. For me, the 
first week in June is VERY bad. This year's meeting was ok (started on 
the 11th) , but I'd very much appreciate it if June meetings could start 
on at least the 10th.

For 2020, June 15-19 would work for me, and for 2021, June 14-18. Later 
in June would also be ok. Do others have restrictions on dates?
