[J3] Additional edit paper for vote tomorrow Morning

Hi folks,

Paper 18-215r1 is in the Friday folder for vote tomorrow morning.  The vote will be for it to replace 18-215 as our response to ** 006.

It is not a long or difficult paper so I think there should be no problem understanding and voting on it.
