If you're planning to attend next Wednesday's dinner but have not purchased
the ticket at https://bit.ly/wg5-dinner, please reply to this email to be
sure I include you in the head count. It's most important to respond if you
didn't respond to the survey and are coming.  All those who responded to
the survey distributed ~2 months ago are already accounted.
