I printed a new ticket by logging into EventBrite and just printing a new ticket for the event with the updated date.

All,

The WG5 dinner EventBrite page originally listed the incorrect date.  That has now been corrected.  I'll reach out separately to the four people who made reservations on the site already so that we can figure out how to get you receipts showing the correct date.

Also, the attached contract is what I meant to attach yesterday for transparency.  Hopefully it's the right file this time!  It shows the $40 per person food charge plus service and taxes totaling $331.18, which works out to $13.25 per person for a head count of 25 people, which is the minimum head count for the rate we're getting. I'm likely to increase the final head count in order to accommodate a few people not attending the meeting, including Karla Morris (pending an RSVP) and Berkeley Lab staff member Richard Gerber, who helped with the early planning.  All costs will remain the same as listed on EventBrite independent of the final head count.
