[J3] (SC22WG5.6066) FDIS Ballot

I just heard back from the SC22 Secretariat that N2159 is being submitted
to ISO as the FDIS. (I had sent this a week ago, but just now received a
reply.) I'm told that it can take up to six weeks for balloting to begin.
When/if I hear more, I will let folks know.

P.S. N2159 differs from N2155 in only minor, editorial ways. I have
attached a difference report.
