I checked ot the zip man page.  It will take some time to reread this each time I need to use it.  Of course, this is from the only person I?ve ever encountered who uses bz2 compression - I have to read the man page for that one every time as well.

Click on the tar file, type in the destination directory where it gets stored, type the untar command. 

Type the sftp command, cd to the right directory, mget.

3 steps each - pretty close I guess.
