Requiring to fiddle with a mouse is not making things easier.

rsync -av j3-fortran.org/doc/meeting/215/\* ./

gets only the new papers and preserves the time stamps for the old ones.
This was even more convenient than sftp, which is more convenient than
fiddling with a web interface.

"New" and "From Microsoft" and "From Apple" doesn't always mean
"Easier."
