Sure, but they're not part of the definition of "specification
expression" in p2, which would trigger a violation of C1010 if violated.
If they're actually part of the definition in p2, then several
processors don't include its provisions in the list of stuff prohibited
by C1010.

I'd prefer to get a compile-time message about a constraint violation
than an inscrutable run-time error.
