Hi, all...

You should have received a notice from ISO that N2147 is available. (If 
not, it's linked from the WG5 site.) This is the final wrap-up of the 
F202X feature survey I ran for the past several months. I'd like 
everyone to look it over and we can have some discussions next week in 
Vegas to start a list of what we'd like to see in the next standard. The 
order of the ranked items changed a bit since the October snapshot but 
not significantly so. Generic programming by far remains the most 
popular idea.

On the large number of "other" suggestions, I made an attempt to 
separate these into categories so as to make it a bit more manageable. 
Some of them I may have not fully understood so they may not be sorted 
properly, but overall I think it will help. I did notice that more than 
one user asked for features already in the language, leaving me to 
wonder what we can do to better publicize things.

I have the full copies of all the responses - I omitted some text from 
responses that were very long. If there's a snippet that intrigues you, 
let me know what it is and I'll provide more context if I have it.
