[J3] Welcome to the new list, not quite the same as the old list

I have moved the J3 list to a new Mailman-only host, which has no hourly 
limits on emails. But I left the j3-members and j3-ustag lists on the 
old server (as it would cost more to move those, they are very low 
volume.)  The new server has some nice advantages, including DNS records 
that help prevent emails from being marked as spam, and https access for 
the list management.

For sending to the regular J3 list, nothing changes. And you should, I 
think, be able to send to j3 at j3-fortran.org now and it will get redirected.

For the other lists, they are now j3-members at j3-fortran.org and 
j3-ustag at j3-fortran.org - no mailman in the hostname. If you're ever 
unsure, simply go to the Resources > Mailing Lists page on the J3 site, 
click the list in question and it will tell you what to use. Sorry, but 
I don't have a way of redirecting the old names for those lists.
