As I wrote in 18-156, many implementations have had degree trig 
functions for decades, going back to the F77 days if not earlier. Many, 
many programmers used them without "units". Given that they have their 
own generic names (SIND, etc.), there's no issue. The purpose of this 
proposal is to standardize existing practice, as used by a lot of 
Fortran programmers.

WG5 has already decided to pass on Units. It would be best if you could 
accept that and move on.
