Craig Rasmussen has been on the committee for several years. Looking back at my notes, he was at LANL as recently as 2011. He later moved to different positions but continued participation on behalf of his new employers. Since Craig left LANL I don’t recall anyone from there attending a meeting. There are attendees from other DOE labs (LBL/NERSC, Sandia, and ORNL). Given LANL’s historic (and continuing) high profile in HPC, it will be great to have a LANL rep again.

That should be sufficient. At the meeting, ask Dan Nagle (J3 Chair) what magic wands have to be waved at INCITS to make you official.
