By the way, re: paper 18-242, will you be submitting a new paper with
the form as suggested, starting with a use case that is a "DO loop
with serial execution where the loop index variable is a construct
entity"?

It is worthwhile, I think, to push for such a facility in the standard
- many a new (and especially young) dabbler in Fortran will find the
language then more pleasing to code in and may perhaps stick with it
longer to accomplish more.
