[J3] (SC22WG5.6099) the new standard

What are they selling?   Is it just the PDF file, or is it a printed copy?  The price you cite is in line with what it would cost to have a small publisher print a hardbound copy as a one-off
printed on good stock and with a sewn cloth or leather binding.  It would cost even more to have it printed on A4.
