I received my copy of the C17
standard yesterday. It is a paper
copy, but it does not match the
quality of other ISO/IEC documents
I have purchased. It is obviously a
print-on-demand document. The
binding is perfect, which means it
will start losing pages once the
binding cracks. The standard is
thick enough so that it will be
almost impossible to read without
cracking the binding. It is printed
on good quality paper. Were I to
want another paper copy of the
C17 standard, I would buy the PDF
download and take it to a local
print shop.
