Val Donaldson pointed out to me
that constraint C1124 in N2146
seems to be redundant.  It says
that a /variable-name/ in a
/locality-spec/ shall be the name
of a variable in the context in which the DO CONCURRENT statement
appears.  Constraint C903 says that a /variable-name/ shall be the name
of a variable.
