My original intent actually was to state the constraint in the
standard for each bound in a component-array-spec in a derived type
definition only allows a *limited* specification expression, one where
"every specification inquiry reference is a constant expression"; but
now specification expression is itself a restricted expression.  It
did prove handful to convey, sorry for any misdirection.
