I assume you were “chosen” for this question because you are our spy to IEEE.  If not for that it would have been a very suspicious request.

I seem to recall a statement from Malcolm that the DIS / FDIS WG5 Nxxxx documents are for our internal use only and not available for sharing.  The one we can allow to be exposed outside the committee will be 19-007 with the line numbers, as that is the basis for Interps against F2018.   For the Nxxxx documents, I think this is a ISO issue and not an INCITS issue.
