[J3] IEEE draft sharing agreement

I received e-mail from IEEE asking PL22.3 to sign a draft sharing agreement with them.  I would have supposed that such an agreement would already be in place.  I doubt that I have the authority to make such  an agreement.  I assume it would have to be made by INCITS.

If anyone would like to see the request from IEEE, please send me e-mail and I shall forward a copy to you.  It includes a PDF file as an attachment.

I shall get in touch with Lynn Barra and Deborah Spittle soon if I do not receive advice to the contrary.
