Following up on the email below, due to a glitch on the hotel web site, you?ll get an error message if your departure date is what shows as the default date: June 12. ?I assume that is no problem because the Geezer?s meeting is June 9-10 so most people will check in check in on either June 8 or 9 and will check out on either June 10 or 11. ?Any such combination should work. ?The only scenario that generates an error is a checkout of June 12. ?I?m not sure why that date populates in the options when you first click the provided link.

until May 18, at which point any unbooked rooms will be released to the general public.
