(j3.2006) WG5 Convenorship

[Bill Long]

I seem to recall that when Stan missed meetings, his alternate who did attend the meeting, Lorri, was acting Secretary.  Her notes were given to Stan who wrote up the actual minutes.  I?m sure there is a pattern here somewhere.
