I have put a first cut of

with further information on meeting location and planned events online, as promised in N2117.

This will be further updated within the next two weeks or so; please supply me with information
on whether you will be present at the meeting (if you have not yet done so), and whether you intend
to participate in any of the planned tours and the evening event (please include number of persons attending).
