Non-members can be invited to have read-only access to documents. If you want write access, you have to get an account. That involves giving Google your name, birthdate, gender, and cell phone number, and signing up for a gmail account. There is no valid reason for Google to have any of that information. Except, of course, that Google is the #1 ad spammer. The security guys say to never ever use gmail. Why would anyone consent to this sort of invasion? There must be honest sharing services out there. Be J3 does not need that, since we already have our own web site and file sharing capability.
Cheers,
Bill
