Hi John,
I reviewed the revised draft.
I want to make two remarks:

1. 5 "Removal of deficiencies and discrepancies". This header covers 
the contents only partly. I suggest e.g.: "Removal of deficiencies, discrepancies and various 
enhancements"

1. 5.17 Locality clauses in do concurrent.
"A variable with local or local-init ..." The variable shall also not have 
the INTENT(IN) attribute.
