It should be easy for me to arrange for two rooms that hold 6 plus we?ll have the plenary room. 
If we need more than the plenary plus the two smaller rooms, I?d like to know if it?s ok to have 
designated areas in an open space or whether additional private rooms are preferred.  All of
the spaces are shown here:
