(j3.2006) documents and votes (tempest in a teapot)

Well, the solution to Van?s problem seems like something we could use in general.

WORD is able to save the document as a PDF file.  (Select ?print? and then choose the save-as-pdf option.)

Then we fall back on the usual way we handle PDF files.
