Ah, the actual ballot does have a comment option. OK.  I supplied this comment:

"I vote Yes conditional on Comment 7 regarding locality specifications to DO CONCURRENT being removed. This comment is completely unacceptable."

I really don?t want that comment being forwarded to SC22 with any hint of it being condoned by me.

The other option seems to be to vote NO with the comment that my vote will change to YES if the offending comment is removed.  Changing your vote is allowed.
