I vote YES with comments:

1. There has been email discussion about whether an assumed-rank entity
should assume the shape or bounds from it actual argument. It is to be
discussed and hopefully resolved in June meeting. In particular, the
following paragraph seems need some fix.

[340:31-33] 15.5.2.4 Ordinary dummy variables:
30 "An actual argument of any rank may correspond to an assumed-rank dummy
argument. The rank and shape
31 of the dummy argument are the rank and shape of the corresponding actual
argument. If the rank is nonzero,
32 the lower and upper bounds of the dummy argument are those that would be
given by the intrinsic functions
33 LBOUND and UBOUND respectively if applied to the actual argument, except
that when the actual argument
34 is assumed-size, the upper bound of the last dimension of the dummy
argument is 2 less than the lower bound of
35 that dimension."

2. I also don't support 17-144 "Delete locality specifications for DO
CONCURRENT construct; see 17-144".
