Hi,
We must form a position.
I propose that we develop a set of comments on this list,
a task to be completed by April 10, next Monday.
We will then phrase the question so YES with Comments
is the affirmative.
The Secretary will have the week to set the Comments and to settle
with Debbie the exact phraseology, and we'll vote on schedule
in Debbie's email.
Is this acceptable to the members?
