(j3.2006) TARGET actual arg passed to POINTER dummy arg

Possibly this is just my memory playing funny tricks, but I seem to recall in some private conversation at the previous J3 meeting it was mentioned that the next standard would permit this.   Looking at the relevant section in 16-007-r1 seems to point the finger squarely at being a problem with my memory.

Nonetheless, I thought I?d post here in case I?ve not read it correctly.    Would be nice or a project I?m working on, but not crucial.
