Whoops! They should not be there. And the papers are 16-*, not 06-*. 
Also they refer to Fortran 2015 not 2018. I am having a bad day.

Here is a corrected version. I am not supposed to change a WG5 document, but I have not mounted it on the web yet and the changes are all at typo level, so I will delay until tomorrow and then mount the corrected version.
