Hi folks,

I quote from Standing Document 13:

  ?A proposed change should ... describe the location within the standard by page number, paragraph number, line number, and subclause number AND TITLE".
(emphasis mine).

Saving a line of text by doing
  [page:line subclause number,pN] edit instructions
instead of
  [page:line] subclause number and title, pN
  edit instructions
is a false economy.  If you have the PDF open the subclause number and title can be grabbed with a single mouse draw and copy, so this is not an unreasonable request.  If it?s an intrinsic procedure you don?t really need to grab all the arguments, the intrinsic procedure name is sufficient.
