(j3.2006) New symbol needed in 007

Considering the number of edits in this section, I prefer to wait until I see 16-007r1 before deciding if it is something ?entirely different from what you?d expect?.

Do you also find the OpenMP descriptions of private, firstprivate, and shared difficult to comprehend?
