(j3.2006) headers to modules

Hi,

My summer intern, Sisi (Garnet) Liu, has made a tool
to read C header files and write the corresponding Fortran module.
Her approach is based on llvm-clang.

She made her presentation this morning, so I put her slides
in the Tutorials folder in the members' area.  One of the last slides
has the github account to download her software.

This is rough software, it is not polished, and there are
some constructs that cannot now be translated.  You must build
the software, there is no binary download.

It?s fun to shove C headers in one end and get a working Fortran program
to come out the other.
