Laughable!  You are proposing huge labor costs (for vendors).  Costs that will never be agreed.  Why can?t you understand this?  Even use of units in a program ends up increasing the programmer cost. 

Please, Van, STOP posting  this nonsense about units.  The proposal has been killed so may times the corpse stinks with rot. You are wasting huge amounts of people?s time and reducing your credibility to nearly zero.   (Sorry for the tone, but you seem incapable of absorbing polite versions of the same sentiment.)
