Hi,

Here?s the reply I got from the conference services manager regarding
questions, comments, and concerns posted to the list:

It appears to work for me.

There is a calendar with the dates in the contract emboldened in red.

If you send an email, you can ask for the hotel to call you
so you can give them your credit card w/o putting the number
in an email.
